Have you checked the " hunt group login" check field at cisco phone page...!!

Is this problem resolved ?If not tn check Call forwarding CSS and the prefix( if any ) before the mobile number.

As you already mentioned it is configured then I would like to suggest you to reset the hunt list once.

We have two options call forwarding and SNR. It depends what are your requirements and businesses justification ?
