HiWe are using CUCM 8.0.3 , unable to find Phone type Cisco 8831 for manual registration. How can I add this phone type to CUCM ? Any help is appreciated.
Hi How many days CUCM servers can store trace logs in the case of CUCM 8.x ? Is it possible to collect logs for some calls which happened 1 week before ? Can someone help me on this ?

So i believe since it is cluster wide settings it cannot be used only for requested users.If i change it to false it will affect everybody .
