I am using Cisco unified call manager 11.5 and I have a instance where one phone number is repeatedly trying to call another phone number in rapid succession. One of the numbers is a CTI group and the number being called is one that used to exist but...
what is the best way to roll a main number to 3 other numbers and then to a common voicemail box when it is not picked up
If a call is transferred to 4-digit extension the call does not make it to voicemail.  However, if the call is transferred to 9-1-xxx-xxx-xxx the calls make it to her voicemail box.
