The whole switch has been rebooted and still has the issue. I plug Ciscophone into one port and power States it's granted to another, yet the phonedoes power on which is strange. It would lead to connectivity issues witha PC attached to the phone.

It's the strangest thing I ever saw. The switch was part of a stack and wasup to date with 16.6.5 release. I haven't tried a different version becauseall of our 3650s are running the same iOS. I'm thinking it's a hardwareissue but was just wondering ...
