I saw a solution posted on a different thread. It went something like this:   Fix:    1. Open Internet Explorer -- > Tools --> Internet Options --> Contents (tab) -->Certificates --> Select all of the certificates listed and click "remove" to delete them. 2. Click close 3. Please note that in Windows 10, you have to change the Default application for email, from "mail" to "outlook" if you use Outlook in your enterprise and want DART to successfully email the file that it creates.
