Aaron,The setup that I want to configure is a prototype. If the prototype works, I will use a compatible ATA for the final product. I unintentionally chose an incompatible ATA for the prototype, and now I am stuck trying to get it work....

Thank you for the reply firmware v2.16 will work with Call Manager 7? I found a chart on this thread, https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3262362#3262362It made me think that I needed 3.2(4) to support Call Manager 7
