I manage a large WAN network currently installing the AVVID phone system in 81 Branch offices. We are using a centralized call manager set-up with Unity voice mail. Anyone wishing to discuss their experiences is invited to wire or call.
We are currently experiencing that same symptom in a few of our offices. The call is being worked by TAC and our account PE's as we push for a solution. As soon as we have a fix, I'll let you know.
