Hi Brandon, thanks for your response on time, 10.10.2.1 is the ip address of my CME, i solved the call loop problem by removing the allow connetions commands under the Voice service Voip becauce the Router was not a CUBE, and when i reload the router the phones on the hunt list ring as expected, but i do not know why the prompt say press 2 for custumer services but when press 2 i hear invalid option but if press 1 or 0 the phones rings as expetected 3 dial-by-extension also works properly any idea about the invalid option situation.
And also i would like to share with you guys the implementation i want to reach with a custumer so that may you can help me:
The public call the aa number xxxx them he hears the message : for portuguese press 1 for english press 2, if he press 1 he hears the audio in portuguese(bem vindo...) them again press 1 for the operator or dial the extension, and if he presses 2 he hears a audio in english: (Welcome you reach..) and also press 1 for the operator or dial the extension.
Is this flow possible with B-ACD? please help guys.

Hi dear all,
I have a task to implement a B-ACD and and i am new to this, the problem is that when call the number 122 a hear the welcome prompt, that's fine for me. When press 1 i hear MOH but the phones in hunt list do not ring and a have this call loop error:
