Hi, Seem I am not able to edit live data query or customize the report. Here am getting feedback from client, in Agent LiveData report, when the column 'Agent ID' is un-hid, the data shown is not the Agent ID configured in CCE admin. Checked and found that the 'Agent ID' column is getting data from PeripheralNumber field in database. Any way I can edit the data shown? Thank You, Ying

Yes, understand that we can "Edit View" to get the similar view as in Stock Report. Have tried this but the field names are still not changed to the configured Reason Codes (Reason Codes are configured in CCE Admin portal). I can see the Reason Codes updated in Reason Code table, but it is not replacing the "Aux0" - "Aux9" field names. Part of my results are as follow: Aux0 Aux1 RC0 RC1 00:00:55 01:00:20 Lunch Special Handling 00:01:12 00:00:05 Lunch Special Handling 00:00:00 00:01:02 Lunch Special Handling Desired result (as in Stock Report): Lunch Special Handling 00:00:55 01:00:20 00:01:12 00:00:05 00:00:00 00:01:02

Hi there, I'm using PCCE CUIC 12.0 to customize a report for client, at which the customized report is getting the fields in 2 stock templates. One of the templates is "Agent Not Ready Historical". I copied the query from stock template and created a new report definition without editing the query, I'm trying to mimic the output of the stock report. Here, I wish to get the Aux0 - Aux9 fields updated with configured Reason Codes. For example, Aux1 field should be "Lunch" instead of "Aux1". What I am getting are "Aux0", "Aux1" ... "Aux9". Anyone would be able to advise on how can I make the "Aux" fields updated with Reason Codes? Thank You.

Hi dekwan, I'm a newbie in UCCE, please bear with me :) I followed the DevNet lab " Finesse – Basic Dialog REST APIs with XMPP Events" with phone extension 5001, which I did not register before. May I know how can I continue from here? I believe it's because the phone does not exist, but I am stuck with the phone registration.. Thank You!

Hi, Am not able to sign-in a user in Finesse using REST API. The error shown in XMPP Console is as follow: <errorMessage>CF_GENERIC_UNSPECIFIED</errorMessage> <errorType>Invalid Device</errorType> or as in the screenshot attached. The things I have done are: 1. Checked Finesse status: In service 2. Added an account in Pidgin Any kind of help is appreciated! Thank You.
