Cisco VPN AnyConnect 4.5.02036 login is failing reason=3

I have installed anyconnect 4.5.02036 . I tried to log in it is throwing an error saying login failed: reason =3I am using windows10 64bits.Can someone help me out on it please? Regards,Arumilli.
