Cisco Jabber issue

I'm logged into my Jabber account on Windows 10 through Cisco Anyconnect. Whenever I make a call, or receive a call it will disconnect after 2 seconds. I was using Jabber last week with no issue, so I'm not sure what triggered the issue.
