The best way is just to connect a few wires and run them for good. H.323 is nice but will not allow the funcionatliuy of the same as MGCP.Please keep all of this in mind like we told you.
Do you hear the loud click if the fxo is directed to a phone? If you do, then it is probably with the line. I've seen "no battery reversal" fix this issue on the voice-ports, or you could have an impedance mismatch.Darnell Davidson
