Basically I booted from the USB port and once the IOS loaded and with full access to the router I copied the IOS to the flash and forced the flash boot as seen from the log above.Thanks again for your help!

Thank you!The procedure for 4321 models is slightly different, because to load the IOS I had to list the peripherals (dev) and the USB drive was numbered differently, so just give the command with the correct syntax:rommon 1> boot usb0: isr4300-unive...
