Hi All, We have a problem on the Calabrio Recording. When conducting outbound call, the ringing part of the call is not recording. Please see below call flow: CIPC -> CUCM -> OpenVox GSM Gateway -> Calabrio Recording CUCM connection to GSM gateway and Calbrio Recording is via SIP trunk. Is there anything we have to configure in SIP trunk? Hoping that someone can help us resolve the issue. Thank you.
