Yes you are right , the computers are set to 802.1x . So you are saying I would need the Plus license anyhow even if the endpoint profile is cisco provided or administrator provided. ....unless I use the 802.1X on the phones as well ?

this is stupidity...we own Cisco Prime and Cisco DNA in our infrastructure.....both these applications don't backup config for C9500 ....please explain to me how am I suppose to backup the config of our core switches, I ain't doing manual backups.......
