I requested a demo license through Smart Manager. When trying to install the .zip through Prime License Manager I get a “ corrupt file “ error. The zip file contains only a .lic file which is not a supported file type. What am I doing wrong ?

The results vary. Occasionally they will reconnect. More often then not, I have to remove the batteries and walk them into another building to hit another wireless controller.
