I know for IPT their is lots of network readiness guides. Is their anything like that for Cisco wireless (with central controler)? We looking at putting in Dell swithcs and not cisco. Anybody have any switch level feture I should be looking out for?

I am now getting the following error, "1 03/30/2008 22:08:15.140 SEV=1 EVENT/37 RPT=1 Reset Reason : 3 (Assert Condition)" can anybody comment?

Can you post the log files on here and I can have a look. The log files can be found on localdesktop.In some version of CAD the username/password can be found in the logs can you make sure strip them out.

How are you running a call center right now with Call Mnaager? Are you using Call Manager hunt groups? or do you have a 3rd party call center product?
