We decided to convert to CUIC 9.01 from the old historical reporting application.  After the conversion, no data is presented in any report.  The previous historical data is there.  Has anyone had this issue after converting?
If I want to announce a caller's position in the queue, what is the best way to accomplish that?  A subflow or right within the main script?  What would the steps look like?Thanks!
