Hi Thomas,It´s only to upgrade an existing phone in the call manager. Or I can use it for add a new type of phone.I need to add a new model Cisco IP Phone 7906 in CallManger 4.0. This model don´t exist on the list of phones in CallManager 4.0.Regards
