Is there a solution for this? I still have problems in connecting to VPN. It's working before but now I can't connect using the provided credentials.

I'm also encoutering this issue when using devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com:20212. The error says "Connection attempt has timed out. Please verify Internet connectivity."I have no problem with my internet connection. It's stable.
