I have run into this bug on our UCM 6.1 with SIP trunking out a 3800 series router.  My TAC engineer says he can't share any information about the bug.  Has anyone else seen this bug?  It presented with alignment errors. ALIGN-3-TRACE:

Is there a way to track the users that have logged into the CW2K application? I would like to know users/duration of application log in. I would prefer a log file or something similiar - not the online tool that shows who is currently logged on.
