Good day, I'm experiencing this issue that I do not hear the caller, but the caller does hear me (inbound, outbound, external phone calls en internal phone calls; al have the same problem). Specifications IP phone: SPA514G Specifications headset: Plantronics WO2A I swapped the headset with another one, but I experienced the same problem. So there is nothing wrong with the headset; mine works well with a different IP phone. So I assume it's a setting or so. Does anyone have an idea where to begin to get this issue solved?
