LMS 2.5 DFM2.0 Discovery Status is Learning all the time

All devices in the DCR are in DFM. Discovery Status ist Learning. There is no discovery progress. The ESS Monitor process is running. Whats wrong ?

I have the same problem. Likewise after loose contact to a device( device red )and after the devive is back it will stay red. Perform data collection doesn?t help. Is it possible to deinstall the patch?
