CMS Webrtc - Cannot unmute video/audio from webrtc

Dear,

I have CMS 3.0.1,

I create calllegprofile for host access and the user can mute all and specific user.

but when i click unmute nothing work. and the user cannot unmute others or specific user and users should enable video/audio themeselves.

is it the way that it should work? or i miss configuring something?

if it is the way that it should work, please refer a doc said that.

if it is not the way that it should work please help through the process.

and if there is a bug, please let me know.

Voce chegou testar apenas via "Botão" e comando DTMF Comando?

Pode ser que voce esteja enfrentando o seguinte defeito:  CSCvm56734,

Note na Seção 2.1 Video enable/disable and audio mute/unmute modes tem informações importantes do comportamento dessa Feature que pode ser util
