Cisco 7937 Stuck in reboot loop

Hi All,

We are attempting to add a 7937 to our UC500 (UC560) phone system but it's stuck in a reboot loop.
It appears on our software but doesn't work.
A few other forum threads suggest downloaded the Software pack 8.6.2 to fix the issue.
Unfortunately the link they posted is broken and the Cisco support email is no longer valid.

Can someone please advise me where I can download this software pack from?
Also how to revert the system back if it causes any issues after the update?

Any advice shall be greatly appreciated.
