Echo on Cisco CP-8331

Hello, we have a Cisco conference phone in a large room with a high ceiling. Due to the echo, its hard for the recipient to hear our voices when we speak into it, is there anything that can be done to the phone to reduce the echo? Thank you.

Have you tried the wired or wireless microphones?

It moves the mics closer to the person[s] speaking which could reduce the voice-over/echo effect.
