Hi everyone. I am not an IT person. I don't know too much about computers but I've been given the task to get this conference phone set up. It just arrived and I plugged it in. I enter the apps menu to just get familiar with the device, but for some reason it keeps going back to the main screen. The main screen says: phone not registered....
Not entirely sure what that means. All of the guides have terms I've never heard of before. I thought this would be simple plug SIP and username and password in, but it doesn't have any setting for that. I went to the IP address page and nothing is writeable. Not sure how to change that.
WHere do I put the FlowRoute SIP info in.
Also how to do open a .cop.sgn file? It had me download that.. so confused about this.
