We have the follow case:
We have a hotel with 100 cisco spa 301 phones on a Yeastar PBX local in the network.
There are 4 phones they have a problem:
- When you pickup the handset the first two seconds are a busy tone then normall.
- The red light are blinking on the phone.
What we have already done with our tests:
- Enable voicemail on the extension
- Delete all messages
- Deactivate the voicemail.
- Factory reset of the cisco phones and re-provisioning
We checked with SSH on our Yeastar PBX with Yeastar and she says there are nothing on the PBX, this is a problem on the cisco phones.
The other cisco phones on the same PBX have no problem.
I hope someone has an idea how we can fix this problem :).
