Our company's phone system is Cox, but we use Cisco SPA508G IP Phones. One of our phones has 2 lines set up on it and we need to remove one of the lines from the phone without deleting it from the directory (the line we want to remove has it's own phone). I can't make the change through my online Cox account, so I'm wondering if someone can walk me through how to remove the line by just using the phone. We don't have a Cisco online account so that's not an option.
