Analog to Voip

I have 2 2851 routers built out currently.  Both routers have analog evm in the gateways.

Only 1 of the routers has a PSTN PRI for outbound calling to the local carrier.

I have been able to setup the configuration on the router without the PSTN PRI to receive calls to the analog ports from the other router.

My problem is making calls from the analog port 2/0/0 across to the other router with the PSTN PRI.

I have tried a couple combinations of dial peers to get this working, but have been unsuccessful

I need help with specific dial peer commands to get this to work.

Do I use "dial-peer voice 1000 pots" or "dial-peer voice 1000 voip"  Only the pots command lets you assigned the specific port.

I was thinking I may only need to use "session target"  and point the dial peer to the other router wan address, but that is not working from the "pots" dialpeer . I get this error/warning -  Incorrect format for session target  Must be of the form  ^loopback:(compressed|uncompressed) $

Anyone have any ideas??
