* as a dialing digits during SRST

Hi Guys,

I just want to make sure a calling behavior. I have 10 sites and users dial * with site code plus extension ( *22224444) to reach remote sites users. I am going to use SRST at remote sites in case WAN link is down. Will * as a digit will work during SRST? I am going to use 15.x IOS version on the Voice gateway. Any comments.

Yes, * will work just fine.  Just be sure that you don't enable feature access codes on the box, since that will intercept the * and go into FAC mode.
