Hello NetPros,
We are having a 4E1 Cisco AS5350 in one of our POPs. Now when we run the command "sh voice trace 3/2:1" on our gateway we see a series of error message like "9004056.768 (S_CONNECT, E_DSP_PROTOCOL_ERROR) ->". Does anyone know the cause of this error. The IOS Image File on our gateway is "c5350-is-mz.122-2.XB6.bin" and for the SPE the firmware is "np.8.8.1.spe". Any suggesion on the resolution of the issue would be highly appreciated.
