Hi, where are physically located the bootflash in AS5400XM?

I have a log message when boot the Cisco that say "CrashInfo may not be recovered at bootflash:crashinfo" and I think it's missing or corrupted.

That does not mean you have to replace anything.

State the complete problem, not what you think should be done.

The problem are that when Cisco boot, I see an message in console like this:

% Crashinfo may not be recovered at bootflash:crashinfo

% This file system device reports an error

And I think is a bootflash problem (not formated or missing).

Message can be ignored. The important thing is that the device boots and does not crash again.
