We upgraded to Callmanager 3.3 a few months ago and just now our users mentioned that the ATA 186's that we have are not working. They were configured as 7960 devices but now are automatically made into ATA devices in CM. I set the line number on 1 device and can make a call out and it will show that phone number.
My problem is that the ATA does not RECEIVE calls into that line number and ring. I can make outgoing calls all day though.
The version on the ATA is 2.15.msata18x.
Any ideas on what to look for?

Additional Info:
It will not receive a call when a 4 digit phone number is assigned to it. It will make it though.
It will receive a call when the default 3 digit number is assigned to it ie: 102. It will make a call too.

If the faxes have phones, try to call the other fax machine with the phone instead of the fax machine and have someone on the other side pickup for you. If that works then you don't have a routing problem.
