Hi all,
I have a customer who has the following issue:
- The phone-assistant dial an extern number (through PSTN)
- After call is connected, she/he transfers this call to a further external call (as well through PSTN)
- When the second PSTN-call is build up, she/he uses the transfer soft-key a second time (to transfer those PSTN calls togheter),
and then, both calls are disconnected.
An incoming call (form PSTN or internal) can be transfered internal/PSTN without issuse. It's only the function "middle point of call initiation" that
is mistaken.
Who can put on the right direction?
The setup:
- CallManager 7.0(1)
- 2821 PSTN-GW (H323)
