We setup a h323 gateway at a customer site and they have an analog line connecting to a fxo port. The analog line is for 911 calls only no incoming. We they try calling over the analog line the call fails with a call entry(disconnect cause=47) which means unallocated resourses. There is a PVDM2-8 in the router and the analog line is the only line connected so I am not sure why we would be getting unallocated resources.
