Can't configure a teaming on IPCCX server v6

Dear All,

I'm already have an IPCCX Server v6 and it's working on Windows Server 2003, and the server also have 2 NIC's.

I'm tring to configure a teaming on IPCCX server v6 between the NIC's but everytime the CCX serivce stop.

Could you explan why? sorry i'm not CCVP Eng., i'm only CCNP/CCSP

Hi

NIC Teaming is not supported for UCCX systems. You use one NIC for call processing, the other for SPAN.

SPAN - basically switch port mirroring, to mirror all agent phone switch ports to the second NIC of the UCCX server. The UCCX server uses that NIC to sniff the voice packets for recording purposes.
