Apologies in advance for the low brow question. We currently have a 2 member stack of Catalyst 9300s as our core in our multiple locations. We have 2 SIPs, for redundancy. Unfortunately there is only 1 PRI line coming of the Telco Cisco router. Should SIP 1 fail we have to manually swap the cable over to SIP 2. Is there a way to bridge a set of ports to not only simply act as a pass through, but also so we can shut one port so that we can then unshut it and have the pass through continue to the secondary SIP?
Telco PRI to Catalyst switch "port 1". Catalyst switch port 2 - active - to SIP 1. Catalyst switch port 3 - shut- to SIP 2.
Thanks!
