Hi,

Most likely your phone sip specfific configurations have been altered during the upgrade.

What you have to do is to go to phone sip setting and configure it again. Alternatively, tftp again your SIP file.

Thanks

Hi,

thanks for fast replay. I will try that.

Interessting: If I go to phone sip setting an safe

existing settings, then the phone shows both lines.

(linename) On next reboot same problem happens again.

***********

What do you think about that:

Step 1 Unplug the power cable from the phone and then plug it back in.

The phone begins its power up cycle.

Step 2 While the phone is powering up, and before the Speaker button flashes on and off, press #.

Each line button flashes on and off in sequence.

Step 3 Press 123456789*0#.

You can press a key twice in a row, but if you press the keys out of sequence, the factory reset will not take place.

After you press these keys, the phone will go through the factory reset process.

....then tftp SIP.file again.

thank you

Arno

Hi,

Is your sip phone working before you do any upgrade?

What is the sip sw before the upgrade.

Verify that your Register with Proxy set to yes and your proxy address is set.

Basiccally, chech all sip configuration.

Thanks

Hi,

yes, phone worked fine before with v7.3.

Now I think have a bad config file (SIP.cnf)

How can I reset the Phone to factory default?

Will read new config back with tftp after reset.

Arno

You should be able to set the phone factory default by going to network config>Erase Config set to Yes.

Thanks
