Cisco 8941 IP phone - Not registered error

Hi All,

I have been trying to configure an 8941 ip phone on our call manager system version -  7.1.5.33900-10

I have downloaded the files below, followed the relase notes and FTP's the files and installed it in CU OS Administration

cmterm-894x-qed.9-2-2-0.cop

cmterm-894x-sccp.9-2-2-0.cop

Also tried an earlier version firmware with same results

cmterm-894x-sccp.9-1-2-00.cop

I have then carefully added the phone in CUCM, before there was no option for an 8941 phone but now there is.

I have checked the phone and its getting an ip address, mac address is setup correctly and you can get through to the device information in Internet Explorer.

On one forums I saw said you need to restart some services, I have tried re-starting, cisco tomcat and cisco ip phone services with no luck.

If its a simple services restart, any ideas on what service to restart? If not anyone have any ideas on what to try?
