Cisco Call Manager Backup (STI Backup)not working

Hi,

Can any one help me in locating some docs about troubleshooting stiback ultility.

The backup ultility is not taking the backup and also the "Bakup viewer" window does not show anything.

Try running stiback and stiview from your command line should remedy the problem. If it fails try upgrading the CCM.

Sometimes the mcafee virus scan which does heuristic scanning needs to be disabled. Heuristic scanning incorrectly interprets the activity of the global.asa file as a virus.

I uninstalled the the older version of STI back utility(Add/Remove programs -->Cisco IP telephoney Application Backup-->Remove)and,installed a new version 3.5 and its working fine now.
