I developed a Website that binds Phone Nr. to our Customers.
I need to launch an URL (or directly open Browser pointing to an URL) when the user clicks "Answer" on Cisco Jabber Client (v.14.1.1) passing the Phone Nr. as parameter (e.g. http://mywebsite.com/customers?phonenr=+3933858746)
What do I need to do to accomplish this goal? Do I need to develop a plugin, or are there any APIs that can call my custom client that listen to a specified port on the single client, or ...?
Could you provide me some example or a link to develop this "Addon" ?
