You would have a dial peer similar to the following:

dial-peer voice 1 voip

destination-pattern 91[2-9]..[2-9]......

session target ipv4:10.1.1.1

codec g711ulaw

session protocol sipv2 (If SIP)

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

This depends on how the provider is handing off the line. If you need to route the traffic to another gateway that the provider is using, the last answer is what you need. If the provider delivers the VOIP line on an IAD then hands off to your gateway via PRI cards that are in the same router as your FXO cards all you have to do is adjust your dial peer POTS and add destination-pattern 91[2-9]..[2-9]...... & then specify the port it comes in on:

(This is from a live device with a VOIP provider)

ex:

dial-peer voice 3 pots

description long distance calling

destination-pattern 91[2-9]..[2-9]......

port 0/1/0:23
