Connect between computer and VoIP

Hello,

In my company we use CUCM (Cisco Unified Call Manager) system. Every user has VoIP device, and directory number. A directory numbers connect to user's Lync, respectively.

Sometime user connects by another computer and wants to call by VoIP with his own number.

How can he do that?

Hi,

To achieve this you have to configure Extension Mobility feature for End-Users.

This will allow users to make call with his own number by logging in any Voip Device (within the cluster) through Extension Mobility feature.
