Difference Between CP-7821-k9= and CP-7821-k9++=

Sir,

We are using  huge number of Cisco VoIP phones with Part number PID VID: CP-7821-k9=

Recently we received the same VoIP phones with different part number  PID VID: CP-7821-k9++=

Please clarify the below points for our reference please

    Is there any difference between two part numbers.

    What is the meaning for second Part number CP-7821-k9++=

Thanks and Regards

In the Product ID menu you can find both (CP-7821-K9= and CP-7821-K9++=).

These phones can use the same firmware. The last one is cmterm-78xx.14-1-1-0001-136.zip
