difference between 'pri-group' and 'ds0-group'

What is the difference between 2 commands 'pri-group' and 'ds0-group'

'pri-group' is used for pri channels & 'ds0-group' is used for cas.

i'm very new to this guys. so i get the first part. pri is use for ccs and ds0 is used for cas.

my question is can ccs and cas be used outside isdn technology?

or is it possible to route voice on a T1 or e1 line without having isdn as an underlying technology ?

Yes, T1 CAS, and E1 R2 do not use ISDN.

You can study things like that in any telephony book.
