Firmware levels / single step upgrade

Hi there. We are in the midst of transitioning over to Cisco VoIP phones on our campus (4000 down and 15000 to go!). However, we have come into an issue where some of the phones that we have are a rev or two older than the current firmware, and because of this will not automatically upgrade to the current level that is offered by the cluster. Almost like the phones are level 3, the cluster is on level 7 and you can't make that jump -- instead having to go 3-5-7, which forces a manual intervention with the phones. This takes a lot more time when you are talking hundreds of sets.

Please tell me that there is a way to force the firmware installation? We are kind of in a bind right now and a solution will save us having to work double shifts getting the phones ready.

Phones: 7945 / 7965

Current Firmware: SCCP45.9-0-3S

Unified CM Admin level: 8.0.3.20000-2

Older Firmware: 45.8-3-3SR2S
