Fragmentation and interleaving

This is the scenario: two Cisco1751 routers with voice ports connected by a point-to-point ADSL line. Configuring QoS with fragmentation and Interleaving results in packets bigger than the specified fragment-size not going through the line (i.e. if the fragment size is 100bytes, pinging with 100bytes packets succeeds while pinging with 150bytes packets fails). Any idea about the possible cause for this behaviour?

Thanks.

Fausta.

It all goes by bandwidth of the link and fragment delay configured. So We need to see what the config looks like on both the 1751s. But here is the good webpage which explains that

Thank you for your answer, I had already had a look at that webpage and configured the routers accordingly using a virtual-template for Multilink PPP. The impression is that with fragmentation configured the router does not fragment at all....
