I suppouse that if I have an ip phone network with only G711 and I have in the same network a Cisco 1760 with MFT-2E1 connected to E1 or T1 ISDN is it no necessary to have DSP inside the 1760.
More in general in configuration G711 only I don't need DSP modules on MFT-2E1 or NM-HDV and so on

You will need DSP because it is required to convert voice from analog/tdm to digital on the router. Voice coming on the T1 has to be processed by DSP before it can be passed on to IP Phone.
The advantage of using only g711 is that you do not need transcoding so it doesn't eat up your DSP resources.

Besides, without DSPs, voice ports don't get created.
