Help to configure PGW2200 send to SNMP server the total concurent calls

Hi,

I have a PGW2200 running call control mode. I wonder if it can send the concurrent calls report to SNMP server?

Can someone help me how to configure on PGW2200 to support this feature.

Total active calls is not included in the PGW mibs.

You can poll the Measurement mib from your SNMP Manager to get call stats per reporting period (not real time).

An alternative is to pull the rtrv-ne-health "Current in progress calls" via a script periodically.

SNMP will give you only the following traps for PGW .

The SNMP agent subsystem reports the following event categories to your SNMP Manager:

1. Communications

2. Quality of Service

3. Processing

4. Equipment

5. Environment

To get the Concurrent Calls from the PGW2200 Solaris Box, you need the Cisco BAMS server ie Cisco Billing and Measurement

Server which will give you all the Call Details, like total calls carrier, calls answered etc..
